FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Can I share my log in with others?
You are not allowed to share our log-in details with others. The course is single sign on only! You may not share your log-in details with anyone else. Anyone fou0nd doing this will have their access revoked with immediate effect.
Can I share the course material with others?
All the course content, includes, videos, downloads, and images, is subject to copyright and must not be shared. You will be removed from the course with immediate effect if you are found to be in breach of this policy.
'How is the course delivered and what if I cant make every session?
The course will be on Zoom. The recordings will be uploaded to your course portal for you to watch back in your own time. You may comment and ask questions on the portal.
I would advise turning up to the live zoom training when you can. This will give you the best experience.
Your course workbook will be available to download from the course portal as soon as you sign up.
All your notes and other downloadables will be on the course portal.
I am not a beginner but feel I need a refresh, would you recommend me doing the course?
This course is a back to basics on Ig.
Honestly, when I say pretty much EVERYONE I coach 1:1 has not got their page set up for the new SEO and search functions of Instagram, even if you are smashing it on socials it can't hurt to go back to basics and make sure your page is optimised and you are set up for success!
I've never used Instagram or TikTok before, is this course ok for me?
The course covers everything you need to know about Instagram and touches on TikTok in the video section. The course will take oyu back to basics, but not so basic that I will be showing you how to do a post or a story.
What happens if I miss a payment?
If you miss a payment, you will automatically be denied access to the course. However, I am aware that life happens, cards get lost and stolen and your card details change. Let me know ASAP and I will restore your access.
What if I change my mind?
Once the course has started, you will not be entitled to a refund.
If you change your mind before the course starts, I will refund you minus the fees incurred for processing your transaction.
Will there be homework, and how much time will I need to set aside each evening?
The course will have 5 intensive sessions. Each session will last around 1.5 hours. You will have a workbook to print out so you can make notes.
You won't have homework to do, but you will want to make changes to your gram after each session. I would recommend setting aside 2 hours every evening. No Love Island for you!
